Default Working Out or Older Age?

To those of you who workout intensely, do pheromones wear off more quickly after a heavy weight lifting or intense cardio session? After sweating a lot, does that essentially wipe away the mones from your skin?

Or do mones become less easy to remain on your skin when you are in really good shape? It just seems to me that they wear off very easily, and I also can't really 'smell' the -none any longer.

I can't tell if it's because of my intense physical fitness recently or if it's due to my older age (mid-30s now). Perhaps older age requires more mones ?

In the past, I would OD very easily, but these days it seems it's nearly impossible to OD. I don't have to take any days off of mones , because after working out, it's like I'm wearing nothing, everything is just cleared from my system. And yet, the effects are far less pronounced. I have to use a lot more to get the same effects I was getting before. Probably because before I wasn't sweating them off so easily so I was likely using more than I realized before?

I'll respond based on what's been reported.

Sweat does contribute to wear off quickly the mones off your skin. But it does not wipe away the mones . Whether you're working out or you're simply out in a hot/humid environment, or in any place that makes you sweat a lot, mones diffuse quickly because of the heat. And when you wipe away the sweat with your towel or anything, that's when some of the mones are being wiped off too. There is a minimal number of sticky molecules though that simply wiping won't take it off your skin.

Regarding OD , age indeed is a factor. Based on feedbacks, mature users have higher mone tolerance. You can check out the posts of some mature users here like Mobocaster to understand directly from a fellow community member the reason why.

Another factor is the state of one's body and health. If you are athletic and work-out a lot, then there's a possibility that you'll only need a minimum amount of none-based pheromones to augment you. Otherwise, 2 or 3 sprays/drop won't send you to the OD territory.

Yes, sweat/excess body heat does contribute to a faster breakdown and yes, as we age, our natural production changes and different mones or a different balance of mones become more effective.

So its probably time to test to re-evaluate your doses and which mones do best for you.

I'd suggest that at very least, your effective Androstenone dose will need increasing, maybe substantially.
