In the past, we?ve shared some interesting experiments that photographers and artists have done, imagining what our photos would look like if something were to be drastically different about out planet or solar system.

These are some really cool abstract photographs. Very interesting, thank you for sharing.

I found the photos eerie but, cool in a bizarro world kind of way.

Thank you for replying, justanordinarygirl!

Would we even see them in the day with the Blue layer?

? Good question, Jedi_Nights. Maybe the blue layer would not exist or function in the way that we know it.

Taking to the account that these planets are being so close to the Earth and influencing it's blue layer thus allowing them to be seen in the sky?

Just an opinion from my dim bulb understanding of the blue layer.

Awesome pics! The other one that was linked on that page is even better. It's landscape photos if the earth had a ring system like Saturn. Just imagine seeing that in the sky, day & night!

Thanks for spotting that link out, ladyofthewoods! Those pictures from that aforementioned link are a bit more eerily fantastical to me compared to the ones that has the moon's placement being swapped out with planets.

What a cool thread. The photos are amazing! (I believe you're missing Mercury, but it's only slightly bigger than the Moon, so no biggie.)
