Question Supplements & foods that increase natural pheromone production?

Hi there! I hope that I am asking this in the right place. [:

Does anybody know of any supplements, foods or drinks that increase natural pheromone production?

I am still going to purchase some pheromones, but I was just wondering if there was anything I could do naturally to enhance the effects of those.

Thank you in advanced!

Just eat healthy - lean protein and green vegetables, avoid junk food and sugar.

There's a supplement out, I forget what it's called but it alleges to be an ingested supplement that increases natural pheromone production. Please do not fall for this. The product is nothing more than a simple blend of amino acids that you can get with a balanced diet and perhaps some supplemental protein powder and little else. The amino acids might be building blocks of some pheromones but the hormones dictate what those raw materials are used to make. Your balance of testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, progesterone, etc all create an environment that dictates your natural phero profile. Manipulating your hormones through exercise, nutrition, where you are in your cycle and whether or not you use the pill etc all effect your pheromone production as well as your own sensitivity to certain mones .

Pheromones communicate things about our health and physical state. Their production is based more on your hormonal balances than anything else. That in mind simply being as healthy and fit as possible will effect your pheromone production to reflect that. However, the signal will of course not be as strong as it would be if it's boosted by synthetic pheromones.

Not bathing daily helps. Bacteria thrive on sweat and help produce many of the mones on our skin. Bathing and showering wash them off faster than our little helpers can produce them. Not shaving also helps retain more bacteria and mones . Personally I prefer to shower twice daily and wear artificial mones .

=P I don't really want to stop bathing daily, so I think that I'll stick with the artifical pheromones.

You may not find an exact answer to this. There are so many variables especially with women because of there hormones and there cycles. I have not seen much on this anyway.

I find using a good quality soap that is not anti-bacterial is the first thing I would look into. I usually get mine at the local health food store.

I have heard that cabbage does contain estrogen, but I have no proof of that.

I know a lot of guys that eat celery and they swear by it.

I think the key is to be healthy and have a good diet and exercise if you can.

Celery naturally has pheromones in it, I think namely AndrostEnone .
When you eat celery, your body will absorb these pheromones.
Some wil be sweat out through your glands, while others will likely be converted to other pheromones and then sweat out of your glands.
This means that your natural signature will be increased and make you much more desirable.

I used to do this before I discovered Androtics Direct. It works very well but not as well as spray pheromones. But hey, if you're a gardener, you can have yourself a free supply. You can regrow celery and it doesn't require much effort to grow.

The best way I found for me was to juice the celery then mix with fruit juice and just drink all throughout the day so you have plenty of time to sweat it out.

What's also good about this is the pheromones will be more evenly distributed all over your body.
