Default Pheromones and Psychological Therapy

I am a guy that wants to talk MORE (since I am quiet) and feel more valuable, increase his self esteem to value other people. Besides, I am a shy guy.

I am going to a transpersonal psychologist and hypnotherapist who will help me with my personal growth.

In addition, I am planning on buying Instant Shine , A314 and Instant Openness to boost my self esteem faster and to avoid negative thoughts.

My believe is that I will mature faster using these pheromones during psychological treatment.

Another question

Do Bach flowers work? Cause I have heard many bad results here in Mexico...but EXCELLENT RESULTS on the US.

If I were to describe myself, it would probably be just about exactly as you said about yourself in your first couple sentences. I've used Instant Shine and Instant Openness , and I can honestly say that when wearing them I've felt more confident, more talkative, and just overall better. I haven't tried A314 yet, but I highly recommend IS and IO as I've used them personally for those very reasons.

Good luck with the therapy you'll be undergoing, and I hope that pheromones help you as much as they have me!

I think the A314 is an excellent choice. I would also add Instant Honesty .

You probably want to avoid wearing the pheromones to your therapy sessions.
They will mask the problems you are trying to work on.

I used pheromones to help correct social inadequacies in my personality. I would be influenced by the pheromones I wore, then tried very hard to be congruent. A314 helped my train my confidence to a higher degree, and alpha androstenol helped be be more social and talk to new people. Most of the work would still be on your part, but they help get you in the mood to act they way you desire.

Today I and have a much better social life and I can attribute part of that to pheromone use.

Pheromones helped me influence my doctors to do what I wanted of them instead being bureaucratic in decisions regarding medicines and dosages. I'm sure you've dealt with the reluctance of doctors and know the frustrations. Don't go to heavy with the a314 . Doctors are trained to be competitive, but value respect greatly.

There are opposing views on this.

One view is that pheromones can help you access emotional states that you couldn't on your own. Through accessing these emotional states, you can learn to access them independently of pheromones. Think of it kinda like training wheels for emotional states, so to speak. There is more at play that just your emotional state -- body language, tone/pitch/speed/etc of speech, actual language used (colloquial vs formal vs technical vs preaching vs etc..), and situational awareness.

The other is that eventually, the 'self-effects' of pheromones will fade away, and at that point, you'll be left with whatever you had before pheromone self-effects.

I feel that both are true to varying degrees. I believe that you can use pheromones to help you familiarize with different mindsets and vibes (or emotional states) and the associated behaviors (body language, speech, etc). However, you still need to actively strive towards modifying your behavior consciously. You cannot just put them on and then have everything be good. At that point, you're relying on pheromones as a crutch, and you will only fall hard when the self-effects fade.

Pheromones are a means, not an end.

I agree with Warren about not wearing pheromones to the therapist. You want personal growth? Challenge yourself. Challenge yourself to do things that scare you. Challenge yourself to do things you didn't think you could do. Read books on other people's lives and how they've grown and overcome their challenges. Or, just read good books, they'll expand your mind. Talk with those older than you, who you can relate to. Try and see how they were in your shoes only a few years before, and how they are now. Look at kids, and see how you were like them just years before, and how you've changed now. Look inside, and be honest with your weakness, your strengths, your hopes, and your fears. Be brutally honest. And when you find the direction you want to growth, just start walking that path, and grow a little bit every day.
