    I've placed an order on 10/24/2017 with no response back from ANDROTICS, up until this day March 19th 2018. They have taken my money only to follow with a trail of FLIGHTY emails instead of being truthful and transparent with our transactions. DO NOT PLACE ANYMORE ORDERS WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS. Your business practices are unacceptable.

    I've been trying to reach a customer service rep for weeks. I have reached out to your company over 8 times now via phone, message, and email. I have heard nothing back. I understand things are difficult with the company right now, but as a paying customer and forum user I would like to get some sort of response to address my questions.

    Hi Androtics. My orders have yet to be shipped. I was provided a tracking number on the 5th of feb and it has yet to been posted, only created a shipping label.

    Hi androtics,

    I had 2 orders that were supposed to be shipped together as arranged by Brian. A payment request was sent for my 2nd order which I completed within the hour. It hasn’t been updated on my orders page and I’ve sent a number of tickets and understand there might be a huge backlog at the moment.

    Could you hopefully help me seek some clarity on this? My first order was just sent by you guys without the second order being included in the shipment.

    I have been following your posts and had a couple of questions. 1) I'm going on almost 3 months waiting on what i assumed was an 'off-the-shelf' order as you call them. I don't remember requesting scented, but if I happened to I would be more than happy to change it if it would help at all.
    2) I too am new to Seattle, I would be more than willing to help out at your facilities here on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I could take minimum wage or even just call it an 'internship' I don't do anything on my days off anyway and am making more than enough in my regular job to cover expenses... but am also a quick learner, and if at the very least, can follow instructions from your main formulator to provide her some assistance.
