Default Older men have more AndrosteRone??

Ok so I've been reading around the threads that as men age they increase in AndrosteRone production...

But..
AndrosteRone is a metabolite of Testosterone.
And..
Testosterone is said to decrease with age..

So..
Can someone explain to me how this makes any sense?

Also, consider this..
as men age AndrostEnone does decrease, and AndrosteNol is metabolized from AndrostEnone , so both of these decrease with age as well.
Could it just be that the ratio of AndrosteRone with respect to AndrosteNone and AndrosteNol just APPEAR to be higher since the other two decline?

Default Re: Older men have more AndrosteRone??

I have noticed with my supplements and I take a natural performance enhancer that has tribulis, yohimbe, and some others in it that I swear my testosterone production is higher and I am not sure how all this is tied in, but I find that I am a total cougar magnet now and I am leaning towards this is due to either Enone or Erone production being higher over the A -Nol .

I know there are a lot of talk I have seen on supplements lately. I find the key is to be healthy as you can and with my supplements my 3 main targets are this.

1. Maintain healthy Testosterone levels 2. Have a good Immune Response 3. To be in a good state of mood.

I feel this is very important as these 3 are in fact all tied together. For example low-T is a big thing with older men now where they have found men with this condition are often depressed because hormones are tied into mood and other things as well.

With the Immune function it is tied into the natural bacteria on your skin and natural pheromone production.

Mood is very important as well, because if you are not in a healthy state you don`t have the confidence or not being happy you are not as likely to do so well with people. We all know someone that is older and a grump person and most of the time if you look at there life they don`t have many if any friends and most of the time they are divorced and just bitter and nasty in general and life is to short for that.

So most of my supplements are actually based around not only being healthy, but my natural pheromone production as well. The real big key for me and why pheromones also work so well is because of all of this as it is very much tied together. I mean you can`t spray some "Magic" spray on and expect success, it is about a complete and total package and when others realize this and put together more of a complete system for there life, they will have much more success.

There is no special secret formula and I am just sharing what has worked for me and why. I am not saying everyone has to stop smoking, drinking, and all of that. What I am saying is it is all about balance and everything in moderation.

I firmly believe that thru diet and being healthy that anyone can achieve about anything there heart desires. It is very important to have a good base to work with, then the pheromones will help with what you have.

I don`t always eat the best by far, so if anything else I do think a complete multi is very important even if it is a basic one from the grocery store. I can not comment on the women`s side as I do not know much.

But for guys a complete multi and some of the important ones will have a decent level of Zinc, Vitamin C&E, and all the others with minerals to.
