Wow, big thanks guys for a speedy delivery. I live in the UK, ordered Thurs afternoon & it arrived first thing Monday morning...also big thanks to Amy for my free togo of Instant Honesty.

So, one bottle of:
Heavy Ammo (I’m in my early 40’s, so I thought I’d go with the double strength)
Instant Shine
Turn Up The Heat
Instant Honesty (Togo)

Haven’t zapped myself yet but already I feel like my avatar...Can’t wait to try them, but first a few questions.

Q1. As a first test, does 2 sprays of Heavy Ammo on the chest & 1 spray of Instant Shine of each wrist seem ok?

Q2. I’m going to save the Turn Up The Heat for a bar/club situation, is it ok to use it with double strength Ammo & if so how many sprays would you recommend?

Q3. If I zap my chest with Ammo, my wrist with Instant Shine then what part of my body do I spray Turn Up The Heat on? Hmm, asking for trouble with that question.

Q4. Lastly, is there a peak time after spraying that people have noticed is most effective, just after spraying, 20 mins after, an hour etc?

Thanks again for any help, can't wait to report back after a few tests.

Im no expert, But you have all the time in the world to test your products.

So Q1. i would say go out with 1 spray see if you get any effects if not go out another day with 2 on. You cant go wrong this way. I used mine in this way and have found my perfect sweet spot.

Q2. If you go to Mens Pheromone Guide revised 6/15 you will find a post that teels you how much Androstenone is in each product i think wearing both would be a bit too much. Try turn up the heat with some instant shine.[/font]

Q3, If you let the first pheromone dry onto your skin you can then layer another on top. Just make sure it is dry before adding another.

Best places for adding pheromones are heated areas such as neck adams apple area i find good. Or the inside of your arm joint (other side of your elbow).

Q4. I notice when i put pheromones on the first 20-30mins can be quite intense. So i tend to spray pheromones 20mins before seeing anyone.

Again im no expert the info ive given is from other posts i have read and personal experiences hope my info has helped.

I second the test 1 at a time theory. You wont know for sure which phero is actually working for you at what dose. Its hard to be patient when your so excited, but trust me. Once you get your sweet spot with one then add the second also starting with 1 spray and go from there.
I like 1 spray turn up the heat to the chest. ammo I would try on neck and shine on wrists or hair.

Try the heavy ammo out at 1 or 2 sprays and see what happens. Add sprays until you aren't noticing more intense effects (or they become negative). That will help you find 'sweet spot.' Follow this pattern then layer them as you see fit.

Careful with turn up the heat. It is 2.5mcg of -none. None is a powerful phero. It makes women horny and men aggressive. It is ok to use with ammo 2x but keep in mind you've already got some -none on. Maybe try 1 spray to the chest?

. Lol. Don't spray it there, the alchohal base may feel a little funny . A good idea would be to spray your Turn Up The Heat to the chest, allow it to dry (1-2min) then spray ammo ontop. This will allow the Turn Up The Heat to diffuse more slowly. Note that shine is nice if sprayed close to the nose (neck/face etc) since you can get better self effects.

1-2 hours. It will be very strong right after spraying but that will not last so i don't count that . Just spray 10-20 min before you go out (i just spray right before i leave the house).
