LOL, i think doing all this will just make you more anxious and do worse. I would suggest a pheromone that makes you more confident and less anxious. Instant shine works well for me. But whatever you think lessens your anxiety in that type of a venue, ive also found that IG worked well too for that same confidence.

There is a baseline of questions asked at the beginning to gain a baseline reading on the report, so when they ask those questions if you think about something that scares you when you answer them, then you baseline will already be high, making it so that when you answer some normal questions and ones that you are apparently lying about they will also be right around the same area. Now it goes deeper than this since your finger will be attached to a reader as well.

Its not just your heartrate and breathing that is measured, its also things you cant even notice or try to manipulate and that is perspiration in your fingertips even upon certain questions so id say it is rather hard but can be done if you are highly attuned to being able to control your emotions without getting nervous about doing so. If you have nothing to hide then it obviously doesnt matter, just go in there and be yourself and answer away. But if you do, then i guess you have some thinking to do and maybe a pheromone like i said to help relax you.

get some help from a hypnotherapist... as far as I know hypno stuff works provided it is used by someone who knows

If you have something to hide, wearing IH will just make it harder for you not to say it. Try some IS and maybe IG to be in a confident/relax mood. But none of these will change the results.... In the best case they will make you less anxious and more confident to answer the questions.

Pheromones may effect the guy giving the test but they will have no effect at all on the results of the test.

Polygraphs measure the heart rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure to find out the truth. When people consciously lie those rates climb. While pheromones are hormones they work differently. They signal emotions but they dont negate whats going on inside your body or regulate the natural rhythms or rates in the body.

Hypnosis may help but its unlikely. Hypnosis doesn't make you not know the truth or forget the truth. Meditation and learning to disconnect from self works but that takes years of experience to achieve.

Your best bet is to just tell the truth. Then you have no reason to be nervous.
