Hello, i have not posted in a while as have been busy getting things sorted out prior to operation, which also mean i won't be able to post after operation so thought i would post an update on how things are going.

As i have stated in other posts i have had bad social anxiety and my main reason for using pheros was to help with this and of course improve my interactions with the ladies which the SA has greatly affected.

I am not just talking getting laid, i am looking for a holistic approach whereby my whole social interactions can return to where they were years ago and even surpass this, pheros alone will not do and i have had to do a lot hard work myself but they sure are helping.

I started off with the end user line, IS, IO etc and some good experiences and some not so good, IG did have some adverse affects until i got a hang of it.

Later i moved onto the test and single molecule pheros, again with good and bad but once i got better understanding of them, especially P83 which if not careful can increase SA, i have been getting good results.

Currently i am using P74 , P83 and P86 as base for mixes and adding other depending on what am doing or want.

The result, well with my hard work and the pheros my SA is lot lot better, i find lot easier to initiate conversations with strangers and respond well if approached. Am finding a lot of women seem very comfortable with my company, making effort to get to know me, some as friends and some appearing to want more.

The more this happens the more relaxed and comfortable i am becoming and this in turn sends out right signals to other women and so further feeds the healing process.

I have few women becoming very velcro like, repeated dances, asking for lifts, always coming up and chatting while at bar even though have LTR , even lots of boobing, texting FB messages, compliments etc, offering to help after op and be my nurses

Not so much out ward response from men, sometimes even think they are avoiding me but no worries there for me, that said one gay guy told women i know that i looked like a film star and last night a guy in pub i am on nodding terms with told another guy to get off my stool after i returned from toilet as i was a VIP guest, he kept repeating this as well


Still lot to learn about pheros and lot more work to do on myself but very pleased with way things going.

If you have SA or are lack confidence then don't expect miracles from pheros or overnight success, you will need to work hard on yourself and understanding of pheros. Some pheros will not work for at the start but later they may do as you improve and your ability handles pheros also does.

Don't try and run before you can walk, big yourself up even for little successes which may even be just smiling at someone or saying hello.

PS don't try and become PUA, i think you really do need to have certain personality to really make this work and will not come across well if you don't, work on being better at being yourself and socializing the rest will come naturally.

This is some wonderful information that a lot of the younger users are in need of.

I agree with that statement 100%. The whole PUA model involves trying to turn a guy into a social extrovert and make him become the life of the party.

Those of us who are natural introverts must find ways to socialize while remaining true to our natural selves. In any case, women are more attracted to confidence than they are to extroversion.

I agree with the PUA thing too.
I've looked at some of it I'll admit, but in reality, I doubt they are capable of a LTR .
Some of it is useful, most of it is crap.
Anyway great post and its full of good info!

I agree it would seem as if following the methods of the PUA exactly only seem to create VERY shallow relationships, If that's what your looking for its a great system to follow if you want something deeper you really just have to rely on being true to yourself (you can still adapt some of the social dynamics to help you along your way as there are some great principals to know especially if you in sales which in reality picking up women is just like sales lol) and not be willing to settle for just a beautiful face... If you read the book the game you can see how Neil will pick these ladies up easily enough however the relationship always seems to go south. I think this is because the relationship was built on a faulty foundation... No matter how good of a PUA you are your personality will always shine through and as easy as it would make life some people just aren't "good" together.

Using the mystery method or other PUA stuff is great to attract and understand girls. Like mones , I highly recommend guys to try them. But then again, like mones , they don't necessarily help with LTR. However, a great tool and insight to have. Just don't rely on these superficial things.
In the end, it is going to based on you as a whole (personality, look, status, etc ) , when it comes to women deciding whether or not to stick with you for a long term. Always try to IMPROVE aspect of yourself and your life, and you should be fine!

how many sprays of p83 you use? i just got some..and the bottle is small....is it really potent? 1 spray?

jijjawatt, as to how many sprays, well i am sure you will have read this already but that is something you have to work out yourself by trial and error.

What i will say is that for me it is a mood enhancer which why i had a few issues with it to start and only applied when i knew i was in safe environment. Now i understand it affects i can apply prior and if i do get SA i am aware that the P83 is probably adding to this but knowing this helps me get through it.

I can use it from 12.5 mcg to 25mcg depending on what i want to achieve and what it layered with.

There really is no magic formula as there are to many variables such as your personality, confidence levels, social skills, body chemistry, environment, what you want to achieve, what other pheros you mix it with etc

Start of with 1 spray and work your way up till you find negative experience and then drop back down.

Just to add while they ease SA and make interactions much more smooth, you will likely find it still being present if you attempt interactions without pheros. They work wonders, but the change they offer is only temporary. It's not permanent lasting internal/neural change. This also translates into the possibility of psychological dependence upon them.

Now that you've had the wonderous phero experience, try interacting with random people without them. You will likely feel introvert and have that massive anxiety rearing it's ugly head. The immense hesitancy to even strike up a conversation. I should know, I've been there many an occasion. I don't speak for everybody of course

Pheromones have catapulted me into all sorts of wonderful experiences.

I'm with you on PUA thing. When you see them, they tend to stand out like a sore thumb. They utter canned material that is less convincing than soap opera dialogue. Peacocking is out of the bag, so you can spot the Mystery emulating sideshow a mile away.

The best pickup artists are entirely naturalistic, so you can't even tell. That's the biggest issue, alot of these guys go out there and there's nothing organic or natural with the way they learn interact. The whole point of learning to approach and spout canned material is to get comfortable with interacting so they can become naturalistic. Not to amass a database of ever expanding inorganic nonsense.

When I'm out with platonic lady friends I've a tendency to kill the game of PUAs that approach them. I see right through the illusion, if they were "themselves" or talented to be natural and stealthy enough I wouldn't care. When they are themselves, or natural, I don't care. It probably makes me an asshole for hindering instead of helping, but having been on both sides of the fence, I'd rather be a protective asshole.
