So my girlfriend of 3 months broke up with me 2 weeks ago. She said she still wanted to be friends, but that she did not think she wanted a serious relationship. Needless to say, I was devastated because I did love her. I still want to maintain contact with her as friends and maybe down the line she'll change her mind about a relationship or at least to be friends with benefits.

I'm hoping we'll see each other once college starts up again in the fall. And maybe we'll hang out as friends. Anyways, I know this is sort of a longshot but I'm desperate at this point. What pheros would get her into a more cozy mood around me to sort of bring back the memories of when we were together? And also, what pheros would work if I'm just trying to get the physical aspect of our relationship back? She mentioned that she'd feel comfortable doing physical things with a friend she felt comfortable with. So what pheros would aid me in getting her to at least do that much with me? Whether it be sex or just making out. Would Turn Up the Heat be too much? I'm 20 years old btw, so I'm not sure if that influences which pheros to use.

And for future reference, if I have to move on to other girls, what pheros are better for serious relationships?

Yes i think TUTH would be too much for a 20 year old as you are already producing -none (main ingredient) at high enough levels it shouldn't be nessicary. I suggest Ammo however because it has -none in it, but is buffered by the social products to make it much more manageable. At 20 years old many college women are not looking for a "serious" relationship. Instead they're experimenting and trying to figure out who they are and what they want. Plus some are hardcore into their goals and don't want a relationship to hold them back from grad school and a fortune 500 job. No pheromone will change those facts one iota. It might light her fire for a moment, score a roll in the hay and you'll feel even worse when that was all it was. And chasing after her will only make you look needy and chase her further away.

My suggestion is to give her the space she needs and move on. Finish your degree and get a good job. You'll then have the stability more women are looking for in a serious relationship. hey my name is erick and i think that TUTH it would be to much for her , and also she provably feel unconfortable around you , what would i recommend ( if you want to show her how much she lost ) then you want to use 2 drops of A314 to show her how of a big shot you are , and to maker feel good around you use a bit of IFM and if you want to spice it a bit more use a spray of p83 .

Agree, totally. If you have any hope to get her back, as ironically as it sounds, it will only be possible if you are able to move on. Be excited about your own life and your own future. Have fun and be a man with an exciting destiny. Many things will happen then: a) you will feel better, b) you will attract other exciting people and c) maybe, and just maybe, she will come back to you; hold no expectations on this last one, though.

Women at that age are exploring, experimenting, they want to experience life; hence, they are more prone to date someone that has an exciting life himself already.

Best advice, move on and squeeze every second of fun out of your summer.

If he's like most at that age, wanting what he figures he can't have, he won't listen ... he'll have to see for himself. With that, he may learn, he may turn into a stalker, he may turn into something ugly, he may be a desperate Willy, OR he may do it again and again and again, 'cause sometimes ... that's just the way people are.

Give her space, is what I would suggest. Moving on, is a better option. It's hard to do, I know, but it's so very do-able, IF you haven't given her your balls! That's a killa!

Go for IS and IH combo to make you stand out as a shiny person from the rest of the crowd. TUTH will only make you look like your coming on too strong. If it were me though, I would try to move on. Getting back with a girl almost never works (in her mind the battery is probably dead). The best way to get over her is to find a replacement. I know you probably aren't interested in other girls after your hearts been broken but once you get that new phone number the thrill of dating will come right back to you and you'll be over your old girl. Thank you all so much for the responses. I know I should try to go out and meet other girls. And I know chances are, my ex won't want to get back with me. Its just so hard because I invested so much of myself in her, so when she broke up with me, its like part of me died. But I'm hoping if she doesn't get back with me, I'll be able to at least try and meet different girls. What pheros would work best in meeting girls in a non-party situation?
