I took A1 out properly for the first time in anger this weekend.
As I get the negative effects to an extent, I’ve been following the advice and measures in K-Train’s guide ( Androstadienone Guide ), wearing the A1 by itself for limited periods (4-6hrs) and in increasing doses for the last couple of weeks, so by now it barely affects me.
The basic mix is A314, 2 drops - neck and wrists, MX301, 2 sprays - forearms, P83 10mcg in Akuto, 3 sprays - arms and chest, A1 in Azzaro Chrome 12.5mcg, 3 sprays wrists and back of head.
The reactions I’ve noticed are as follows:
Friday:
Smart Girl seemed a bit withdrawn/distant from me to begin with but as the evening went on she snuggled-up and stayed really close to me. Initially I partly put this down to my being unable to see her for two weeks but then I also remembered this is about the time of her period. Saw the newly opened pack of towels in her bathroom later-on
Barmaid in a rough bar, attractive woman in her 40s, we were chatting with her between customers. She had a loud altercation with a customer who tried to pull her top down, threw him out and came straight to where we were. Shaking, she buried her face in her hands, composed herself, then then grabbed my arm with both hands, leaned right over the bar, looked straight into my eyes and we talked about what just happened. She needed reassurance about having done the right thing and that she didn’t need to put-up with that sort of shit from anyone. Although Smart Girl contributed to the conversation, I was the one that the barmaid focused-on the whole time.
Later, when she had finished working, the same barmaid called us both round to join her and a friend for a drink and we danced. Before leaving that bar, I added one spray NPA 4:1 in Chrome to my neck.
A few minutes later, we were walking through town, Smart Girl started saying she felt she’d dressed all wrong for the night etc. I reassured her she looked just fine and how she could wear those boots around me any time, then gave her a hug. She hung-on to me for ages, buried her face in my chest then kissed me. When I let go, she looked away from me, saying - “whhooo” when breathing out.
Random (hot!) woman at the next bar, blonde in a sparkly short strappy dress - got talking to her whilst getting a drink and she just would not stop. She put an arm round my neck, put her face really close to me and just held me there talking. Shortly after, I was singing a Karaoke song and she came-up put her arm round me again and joined-in. Smart Girl was not exactly amused!
Later, in the taxi home SG snuggled right up to me, buried her face in my neck and sang to me all the way back. Left the A1 on all night but didn’t feel at all bad.
Saturday:
Same mix, without the NPA. We lazed about most of the morning then saw her mother for a while. Although still subdued, she was still staying close, lightly hugging me occasionally, stroking my arm and lots of strong eye-contact. Then she said something along the lines of “when will I meet your mother” and I said “come-on then” and we set off for my town.
We arrived late afternoon and once introduced, I left them to get to know each other. Thankfully, they seem to get-on famously! 
We accepted the invitation to stay with her that night so I prepared the spare bed, did other stuff and later-on we set-off for town. I freshened-up with the original mix and added one spray of NPA in Chrome plus two sprays of IH 2x. on each side of the neck.
First bar - Not been in there for a while. The barman took a massive double take when he served me and the owner came past, stopped for a chat, shook my hand and was introduced to Smart Girl. Shortly after, one of two ladies sitting at the table beside us pushed in between us for a drink and stayed chatting for quite a while. I also saw one of Sport Girl’s pals but she avoided me.
Next a club. Quite busy and it took ages to get a drink, This guy stood beside me at the bar and out of the blue asked “are you a hard man? If I started something here, could you finish it?” I declined the invitation politely!
Then we went outside for a cigarette and a woman (30s, quite cute) who had been standing beside us followed us out and just stood there, smiling and staring at me from just out of Smart Girl’s cone of vision - As blatent a come-on as you like!
Went for some food and I got a massive gawping smile from a fat blonde girl (20s?) in the queue - to the point where Smart Girl asked “Do you know her?” All I could reply was “I think she’s a student who has been into my work”. After that, Taxi home, a few more drinks and we cuddled for ages in a big chair enjoying music. One strange thing - My phone started ringing from an “unknown number” and it kept ringing for about ten minutes. Maybe someone heard I was about town? I did wash-off the A1 before we went to bed, I was maybe beginning to feel a little beat from it.
Sunday:
SG rose first and she and my mother were still busy getting to know each other and by the time I came on the scene, they had cracked-out the rum and were getting well merry! So I went to wash, This time the mix was varied with two sprays of IH 2X but Instead of Chrome, I used my NPA 3.5/1.5 in Armani Code to which I had added A1 to give12.5mcg per spray (the reason why will become clear later 
).
I was sitting looking out the window and Smart Girl came and kneeled down on the floor beside me, leaning up against my leg. First time she’s done that! We talked for a while and then she was up on my knee kissing me.
Later as we were getting ready to leave, she hugged me, looked straight in my eyes and said “I really love you and I love your mother” we kissed again for ages and with a particularly long “wooohhhhh” from her, we were on our way. 
First bar, rock band playing. Woman (late 20s?) at next table was leaning past her pal to check me/us out. Later she danced right up to us and tried to get me up with her.
Second bar - Karaoke session in a particularly rough and character-filled place. I’ve not been there since just before I met Smart Girl and I’ve kind of been waiting for the right time to go back. This is Sport Girl’s local and sure enough, she was in there in the midst of a crowd of admirers, with her new “boyfriend” whooping it up.
Sport Girl’s story has been outlined here before - The basics are that she is a wild bisexual and we are an on-off seven and a half year car crash of a “friendship.” Whilst she responds incredibly to MX297/TUTH/Androstenone and Code was by far her favourite scent on me, she has never been exposed to me with A314, MX301, P83 or A1 and she was like a rabbit in the headlights. When she approached, she was all over me, hugging me, kisses, looking hard into my eyes and saying how good/healthy/smart I looked and (according to Smart Girl) watching my every move when my back was turned. Her new man was kind of taken aback but behaved well, came up, shook my hand, talked and said how much they had missed me etc. All very very respectful. Then I introduced her to Smart Girl and as I expected, Sport Girl was all over her, hugging her and suddenly wanting to be her best friend (no chance!) We stayed an hour or so, I caught-up and was generally welcomed like the prodigal returning, she was introduced to a few more pals there and after a couple of songs we left - Probably the most satisfactory hit of the whole weekend. Lets see what happens next!
I think I can say I’m beginning to like A1, esp in conjunction with A314/socials.
