Hey!... what's up?
let's see how it goes with my poor english:

I don't even know where to start...

Since i started using ammo, my wife is being spending money on new clothes, she started to go to the gym, she keeps her makeup in tune all the time...

at first, i tought it was kind of strange.
i never related this to the pheros, not until she confessed to me she feels ugly.

when i heard those words, i almost shoot my self in the face...
maybe is related, maybe not, but if it is... this is horrible.

Here's the dilemma: i really love how it's going for me during the day with
ammo + IS, but the last thing i want is to make my wife feel like this.

any way around this ?

The first change i want to make, is to switch this situation as fast as possible. i mean, i want her to feel good and confortable again... she's acting nuts already, doing cardio every morning like a maniac... she feels like a cow .... WTH is this? ... this is crazy...

It is good and bad.

A good part is that she has picked up on your new phero-signature and seems to recognize the new "alpha" you and is reacting.

The bad part is that she is reacting by feeling insecure. She feels she needs to improve herself in order to keep your attention.

What M&M said is true - you need to reassure her you are still very much only interested in her. That will help her relax and react with the kind of cardio work-out you were really looking for ...

I had a similar reaction with my wife.
