So I was on another "forum" getting advice on some EST I purchased and they accused me of having two accounts. I knew Androtics kept track of our ip's, but when you're just trying to get help that's ridiculous to accuse someone of having two accounts. Especially when the other account is your sisters who lives in the same household!

Ugh! Idk, I just felt like I needed to say something. Maybe someone here also goes to that forum. Maybe I was wrong to get an account before I headed off to college. I never had this problem with Androtics when I registered while away from home. Why are other companies so mean?!

Don't worry babe I'm here for you, they are just been mean as you say. So what if you did have a few accounts what can they do you are not doing anything wrong. You could be ordering for yourself and have another account for business ordering for your own company for example.

Let them moan and gripe if they will you know you have nothing to hide and they don't know your circumstances.

you know that it's a same rule here too right? you're not allowed to have more than one account even if you're doing nothing wrong. I think it's bizarre to have more than 1 account for yourself, now why would you do that? what's the purpose.

I remember Bond (he's a member here) had to talk with Steve about his little brother being a member since they both lived in the same place

I'm not going to say anything bad about either companies. Androtics and the other place give excellent customer service. Both places ban people if they seem like trouble.

I don't think the people over there ever tried to hurt you. I doubt they'd hurt a bug lol, they wanted to be careful. The thing that you should have done is that you could have talked to them about it, hell you could have called them about it. After all their number is on their website.

Talking about people being mean over there, in this forum is not very healthy imo. You're just making things worse for yourself.

I agree with Msselva, if you and your sister both have accounts, give them a call and get it straightened out, just like you would over here. It's probably just a big misunderstanding, something that happens when there are siblings or spouses on the same IP, making it appear that someone is doing something fishy! Good luck!

Androtics is an extremely generous company that gives out referrals, GC 's reward points and what have you for accounts. You can see how it might adversely affect a company as generous as Androtics. I'm not sure what they give away over there, if anything, but here it's usually cleared up with a quick call. Of course any good company calls or emails first to make sure the persons identity wasn't hacked or something bad. It happens and I always give the benefit of doubt first.

It's all about good business and common courtesy and I am sorry that a company would do that to a customer. Well that might be the difference right there, they think of you as customers, where as we think of you as friends.

I have to say I'm very happy with their customer service, I've never had any problems. Like Androtics they are also a very generous company; they give active members monthy freebies as well as credits to use in the store, and their products are very competitively priced.

It's a very friendly & supportive forum that welcomes anyone who wishes to join. I've personally never felt like a customer, on the contrary there is very much a feeling of being part of a family.

Funny thing, I was going to go to lovescent and sign up.... could not figure out the forum... nothing but single sections and people complaining... no reporting....

it was a madhouse.

LoveScent is a great company and that is exactly why we have links to their products on our site. I think we are talking about another place.

And while everyone experiences are different my experience is when I signed up at the bequest of a certain person (I wanted to try a product that was suggested) I was unceremoniously banned without any notice, without even so much as one word. That to me is just bad business!

Heck we might even be talking about two completely different companies, but the day I was over there reading I was a little shocked at all the negative things I was reading. For people who believe in LOA I was a little surprised and disappointed.

First of all, if you're going to talk about what happened, you need to tell the whole story darlin'.....I am a member there, and I saw the whole thing.

1) In your profile here, you say you are 19, but yet "over there", you say have been using pheros for 5-6 years. That would have made you 13 when you started. Very unlikely.

2) You stated that you bought a product from them, in a strength that it has NEVER been offered, and were comparing that FICTITIOUS order to the order that you placed recently (which is the only order on file over there).

So, YES, the forum over there is a family, but the members and mods do not look highly upon people who do not tell the truth.

If the situation with the ip is indeed that your sister has an account, you should have made a phone call to keep things from looking suspicious.

Happykitsune, you mentioned that you had a sister that owned the second account. Does your sister also have an account here? Because if so, one of the moderators must know about it and you must have had to explain the situation here as well, since it is also against the rules to have two accounts here just like it is at the other place.

Unless it has just escaped their attention...
