the iGallops are a major marketing flop so you can pick one up at deep discount from brookstone, marked down from $650 to $200... they're dumping them as fast as they can.... too bad they never caught on... I've had mine for a couple of months, took a while to get it right and work with the machine instead of randomly flopping around... and the results ? Gives you a really nicely toned midsection, almost like a dancer instead of a six pak cruncher look, kinda elegant, combined with dieting, some daily miles of walking, other exercise (no free lunches in the fabulousness club, not even liposuction meatballs), cute iGallop was clearly the finishing touch... very well made, quiet... a lot of engineering for the money... outstanding deals while they last....

Laughing ? Nooooo... only staring in bemused wonderment of this off-planet looking thing... I tried it and thought, OK, it is doing unusual things to my mid body, rather difficult positional exercise because of the mechanics of being an upright primate... other solutions have been weighted hula hoops, belly dancing for men, eeeeeyoooo not for me thx, so i found that if you only sat their like an inert sack of gelatine it couldn't help much, wrong attitude dude, I tried some excessive things like sitting on it sideways, pulled a muscle enough to need three weeks rest, then slowly found the right relations of feet planted just so, lower back and psoas muscle correct, right breathing rhythm, fooker worked like a charm.. just goes to show that success is a result of what you bring to the party...

FWIW.... there's brilliant exercise, such as it makes you prettier, stronger, faster, more coodinated vs. no-so-brilliant exercise... I live in a gym saturated city, must walk past 3 or 4 big "machine warehouse" establishments in a normal day... I see too many imbalanced bodies, especially overtight, too much upper body lat workout to create a Big Dude shape, we want well toned, lean muscle, balanced as a Ferrari V12, graceful, coordinated.... what are these guys thinking ? Quit Wall Street and try a future in furniture moving ?

you have to find the rare, exceptional teachers who bring a special awareness to what they are doing. I studied Tai Chi with Guang Je Ren years ago when he first came to the USA, then I had to change my life pattern, and he later emerges as David Bowie's master teacher... life is so non-linear....
