Hello, I'm a 17 year old male, from coastal North Carolina. I'm in high school, just came to this school this year. Living here on the coast of course I'm hardcore into surfing. I play guitar too, trying to form a band. Came into school new this year and didnt have many friends, got into fights, etc. Then I just tried being nicer/more social with people. Worked wonders beyond anything I ever would have imagined. I now have a pretty large social circle, and my friends are basically the coolest kids in the school if that's what you'd call it. I'm a sophomore hanging out with seniors, which, if you know highschool, has prestige of its own.

This has boosted my confidence tremendously, and now girls who used to appear out of reach are attainable. I've talked to my friends about these girls and they've encouraged me to go for it. Its almost like nothing can phase me now.

So essentially I'm gonna go for it - get to know and ask one of these girls out sometime. I'm just looking for a little extra something to help me out with these interactions, and possibly future social situations if they work well enough for me. I have read that women exposed to these pheromones have very odd CT scans? 2 - Turn Up The Heat / Instant Honesty anone based buffered with Androstenol

You will probably like one approach better than the other, but it is difficult to predict which.

I might be mistaken(they have similar names), but isn't androstenone not good for younger guys? Or does the Androstenol buffer cancel that out?

The Androstenol buffer helps reduce the negative effects of anone . Much depends on personality and your natural anone production. If you have a tendency to get into fights the Instant Gentleman route may hold greater promise for you.

Gone With The Wind gave you some good suggestions. Instant Gentleman will make you appear a little more mature, and give you the aura of a guy who can handle whatever comes his way, a guy who can be counted on.

Turn Up The Heat is best when you are in an already sexually charged situation. Be careful where you wear it thoiugh. Worn in the wrong environment, such as school, church, the supermarket or family gatherings, you stand a good chance of coming off as a pervy horndog (which I'm guessing is not what you want).
