I'm a 19 year old guy from Portland (Oregon). I have to admit that I'm a real skeptic to this whole pheromone scene. My hunch is that pheromones may seem to be effective due to the placebo effect and the user's change in attitude upon putting the stuff on. But, hey... 25 bucks to try some out for myself? Don't mind if I do... thanks in advance! Now that's what I call a ballsy business model.

So I am interested in something that will mix well with my everyday cologne, Rive Gauche. For those of you who haven't smelled the stuff, it's reminiscent of retro barber shops. The fragrance is not too far off from Barbasol shaving cream. Clean and manly. Fresh and almost leathery. Smooth and not abrupt, but not sweet. I wear a little less than most guys might - just enough to give me a presence. Anyway, what are good products to try that are unscented or nondescript and might blend well with the cologne? I plan to wear the stuff almost all the time. Ideally I would prefer not to smell like cat piss. I want something that could be worn in fairly casual settings and exude confidence and openness. Of course it would be a perk if women couldn't keep their clothes on around me, so long as it isn't obvious to my guy friends or family members that something's fishy.

Speaking of which, has anybody here experienced an awkward social situation where your "sex in a bottle" made things a little strange when talking with cousin Maeby? I don't want to attract just anyone. Thank you for your time!

I would say you sound like an instant gentlemen kinda guy, really I do, perhaps a little instant shine would do wonders and keep this out of the sexual realm, but if you wanted to dive in, IG with a shot of ammo will perk it right up and give you a sexual edge without giving off a horny vibe to the ladies.

All women percieve all the men around them in different ways just as guys do but they are more in tune with it because they watch and judge every other female so they are good at it. You can teach yourself to be as good, but it depends on you.

At first, try IG and Instant Shine, one you are comfortable, then jump into the sexual stuff by trying out Ammo .

I would suggest starting with socials ... Instant Shine (2x concentration), Instant Openness (2x concentration), Instant Gentleman , and get Ammunition when it is back in the store. The Instant line is Neroli scented and should go well with most colognes.

I agree with both of them. Having just started out myself the effects from Instant Shine+ IG are very noticeable. Instant Shine has a great mood boosting effect and IG can make you feel like the man. They also make a great combo. If your looking to meet more people through your phero usage, IO is great at that too.

To compare the scents or give you something that I know will blend with your fragrance I will have to be acquainted with your fragrance and I am not. Based on what you said DJ has made some excellent recommendations.

Pheromones are not sex in a bottle. They are biological indicators. When people smell them they can induce feelings or moods in the people smelling them. They won’t magically make women take their cloths off. They can give them the feeling that you are very attractive and it can turn them on but you still have to do work to get it past that. The stuff is great! I’ve had a lot of girls tell me that they could not take their hands off me when I was wearing the stuff. Not all pheromones are sexual either. Instant Shine is one for making your self get notice and be the center of attention. It’s not sexual it just give people a good feeling about you. Instant Openness gives people the feeling that they can open up to you. Instant Honesty give people the feeling that you’re an honest or trustable guy. In the animal kingdom pheromones play a huge role and they probably do with us subconsciously. Some people we get feeling about when we meet them that could be due to their naturally produced pheromones.
As for how they smell, everyone has always complimented me on how good I smell when I wear them. I personally think they smell pretty good. It is possible to get the unscented ones, but they cost more. If I were you I’d give them a try. You can call and ask questions. They are very helpful and will help you find the product that is just right for you! Good luck and Have fun with them!

Hi Draper, welcome to the forums.

Given what you've said you're looking for, I'd go with Instant Gentleman . It will give you a cool, manly guy vibe. It won't have women tearing their clothes off. It may help make them see you as long term relationship material, which is likely to cause them to delay sex, unless you're good at maintaining your own "frame". It can also signal a guy who's a wimpy "nice guy" unless you refuse to be put into that role, so just be aware of that. I personally like Instant Gentleman , I use it fairly often and get subtle but noticeable hits with it. It can also give you more authority. If you're ever dealing with kids, either yours or someone else's, it'll give you authority without being intimidating. I've used it to improve my relationship with my daughter. Great stuff IMO.

As djandarial said, Ammo used with IG should give it a slightly more sexual edge without being over the top. I've tried Ammo but not gotten obvious results with it, it's probably that I'm not being congruent with Ammo 's signature in the same way I can be with IG .

When I rollover " spaceland " it says "Makes people feel spacey even a little woozy. In a good way." Or something like that... WOW, I don't know how comfortable I would feel about wearing something that is going to have a psychotropic affect on others. Sounds like you are altering the minds of those around you without their permission or even awareness!? SCARY!
