Hey all how's it going? Well I am new here and have been interested in pheromones for awhile now. I am 19 years old male from South Dakota. I am currently going to college and working on a Exercise Wellness major. I hope to attend Physical Therapy school after I graduate. I play baseball for my current college.

I am a shy guy and never am the one to break the ice. I sit back and wait for people to come to me. My shyness has caused me to miss out on a lot of fun times. At first when i heard about pheromones i was skeptical. I didn't feel like wasting any money on something that didn't work but after finding this site I am confident in my purchase. I just got a few testers for now.

I bought Turn Up The Heat , Ammo , and Instant Shine. Would love to hear any suggestions you guys have on what combos and such i should use. I am going to some parties this weekend so I am looking forward to using them. Thanks and nice to meet you all.

glad to have you here with our phero-community. I would recommend you use 1 spray ammo and then add 2-3 sprays Instant Shine.

For your situation you should also try Instant Openness or CTTM . If you gualify for the gift certificate you might want to get it. I would not recommend to use Turn Up The Heat for your first tests.

And don't forget pheros don't do all the work for you... you still have to work on your shyness...

Hi Spalding sounds like a good start! Ammo is pretty awesome in the college scene I understand. You might want to save the Turn Up The Heat for second or even third dates when you really want that extra boost to get where you want to be . And Instant Shine is just a good product to start understanding the full scope of what pheromones can help you with.

I am sorry to report that they won't work if you don't play your part. You can't just spray them on and suddenly be the magnetic life of the party. Guess what though. With a little practice you can overcome shyness. I know because I'm the quiet sit back and watch kinda guy myself. You'll find a lot of good info on social living down in the lounge section...look for threads by a guy named Pheroquirk in particular. Tons of reliable phero advice in the men's section. Lots of first hand accounts of guys learning to use them in the journals section.

Sounds like you bought a good mix pf products.

I would definitely use the ammo as the "Base" product for most of what you do. You could then add some Instant shine to that if you wanted to.

I would off on the Turn Up The Heat . It sends a very raw signal that can turn women away if you try to use it as an opening gambit. I would hold off on that until you are sure you have their attention.

At some point the best thing to do is to test the ammo and Instant Shine on their won to see what each does for you at what doses by themselves.

Great mixes but I think some socials will fit your needs better. You mention being shy and not approaching women. Turn Up The Heat will arouse them but your gonna have to approach them still. I suggest CTTM or Instant Openness to increase socialization and make approaching easier. Keep in mind the pheromones wont do it all for you they just give you a edge.

AMMO is great for use anywhere for mild arousal attraction and interest.

Instant Shine is upbeat charismatic and reduces your personal space. This means people tend to hover around you closer.

One tip for shyness, If you find you can approach at least practice making eye contact and smiling. This is a cue for others to approach and will increase the amount of people who will come to you to speak first. It will help you start to break the shyness some.

Thanks for all the tips and advice guys. I read a lot of other posts and expected I would still have to make that effort. I usually do pretty well after the ice has broken it is just breaking that ice which tends to be difficult for me sometimes. I think not only will the pheromones give me an advantage in attracting but I believe it will give me a self-confidence in myself to stray away from my path and try something new. I wore one shot of IS at work tonight and trying not to think about it too much I did notice that my confidence in talking to my coworkers was high. Again thanks everyone for the help and I hope to continue to share experiences with you all.

hey man, welcome to the forums.

after my initial few tests, i would definetely recommend CTTM 2 for you. since you tend to "sit back and wait for them to approach you" it should greatly increase the number of opportunities you get to actually chat with women, which , with a little effort on your part, will enable you to improve your ability to generate interest (especially if you use Ammo ) and then give you a chance to close the deal with Turn Up The Heat .
