Hi, I've been interested in learning more about pheremones for a while and while searching for info stumbled across this forum so thought I'd join.

I'm 22 from England, like to keep fit and go to the gym.

I tend to be very shy when it comes to girls as I lack confidence, but am slowly building up confidence and hope pheromones may help when I'm around girls I am also researching PUA to help with this. Basically I hope pheromones will instill some confidence in me to approach girls and give me more luck when I do approach them.

My friend told me that when he was once sprayed with pheromones quite a few girls became interested in him at a club so the stuff obviously works. I was initially looking for a general pheromone EDT on the net and didn't realise how many types are available and that it is best to mix them. Does anyone know if i can buy the products available from Androtics direct from a UK company, or if not how much postage and customs is likely to cost? I've read Jasmins' guide to the best pheromones so know what I want to buy, but can I ask as a 22 year old will I need to apply less pheromones than someone a little older?

AMMO and Instant Openness come to mind when it comes to what you're looking for. Granted pheromones won't give you liquid confidence over night but it can definitely help with social situations to boost attraction. Pheromones work very well in conjunction with body language and perceived status. Which is why I always recommend A314 for new users as well. Think of that as the blank canvas where everything else will be painted on.

However since you're new I might start off with AMMO and IO to begin with.

I was also shy but pheromones really helped to get me out of my shell. I think that the difference is that with pheromones I am really able to know 100 percent that it is me that people are interested in.

For you I would suggest:

Come talk to me mix 1 With this pheromone I see people opening their body language up to me, smiling at me, staring at me, and I have even had a couple of people come up and just start talking to me. This was the pheromone that really helped to get me out of my shell.

Ammunition: This really gets attraction from the ladies. When I wear this I see Hair flipping, staring, smiles, girls moving closer to me...etc

Instant Shine: makes you and those around you feel good/happy. This is good because people want to hang out with other people who are happy and having a good time.

Steve's writeup will help you find your sweet spot for pheromones. But based on your description you would probably be best to stick with products like AMMO because it buffers Androstenone very well. Androstenone can be very helpful for sexual attraction but our bodies produce enough of it, since you're fit and young, 1 Spray of AMMO would probably be sufficient for you.

Hi Eddie.

I'm also in the UK and have had no problem with the DHL deliveries from Androtics.

Cost is $19 on any order to the UK, steep I know but very fast - Typically two days from the time of despatch, which can vary depending on just what pheros you order. Consumer line is quickest but others, eg Putatives or Experimones go via the Custom Lab and that adds a bit of time, generally 2-3 days. No problems at all with customs and the paperwork is spot-on anyway.

I suppose this extra cost does discourage you from ordering a single product or just a togo to try but it is worth sticking by this firm IMO. The results I've had in the short time I've been using Androtics products are far beyond any I've had from any other phero seller before. Only one - pheroprof .co.uk (link broken) who actually ship from Holland, has sold me anything as consistantly useful, even if it is a bit of a blunt instrument compared to some of the mixes from here.

Coming from a very similar place to you, but at an older age, I have to add that Pheros are not the only thing of course, to get the best from them, you also need to do some work on other aspects of your personality and how you interact with others, so keep-in at that and you will see good results.

Age is a factor in your phero use - Your output does indeed depend on several factors, and will change as you age. You will find much more discussion about this in the forum.

What I want from pheromones is increased confidence, increased confidence with women, more attention from women and using opportunities with women. Obviously I wont get all this from pheromones but I believe they may help.

Based on that I've decided to order these, just checking I'm getting the right things:
- Instant shine (2XTOGO as big bottle not in stock)
- Instant jerk
- Turn up the heat (TOGO as big bottle not in stock)
- Instant openness
- Ammunition

I realise three of those are -none products so wont wear all those at the same time. Will probably wear two of the -none products together with shine and openness which should help buffer the effects of -none. Will two sprays of buffered -none be fine e.g in a club environment given I'm 23 and pretty fit? Am I also right in thinking I shouldn't wear the -none products near my face as they could have a bad effect on me? Where as I should possibly wear shine and openness on my neck as they will help me? Also planning to buy a314 when I can afford it.

Received my order today less than two days after I ordered which is amazing. If the fact I got $30 off wasn't enough I also received a free Instant Gentleman TOGO which I was considering ordering anyway and an upgrade to 5.0 strength TUTH so I definitely wont need more than one spray of that at a time, so I got an extra $18 of products free.

I've tried 2 sprays AMMO , 1 spray TUTH , 1 spray shine, 1 spray openness and 1 spray gentleman all on my neck just to see the effect on me and have to say the smell is amazing. Though I'll be starting proper testing of one product at at time tomorrow.

Just two questions:
-When testing if I find my sweet spot of TUTH is 1 spray surely if I added 2 sprays shine and 2 sprays openness to buffer TUTH I could probably go with 2 sprays TUTH ?
-This may seem a stupid question but when I spray myself should I rub it in with my hand or just let it asborb, just as it's quite runny.

I have done both. I've sprayed on wrists, dabbed on neck, repeat. Either or doesn't matter. Just make sure your application points aren't covered by clothing for the best effects. You're 23 so tuth at 5x might be way too much, you're looking at 12.5 mcg 's of Androstenone , so if you're going to do 2 sprays thats A LOT. I'm close to your age and I've done up to 30mcg of TUTH over the course of the night but that was buffered with b -nol , TAA , TAC , P74 , P93 at equal amounts, I don't think that would be adviseable, you would be wearing close to 150 mcg 's of pheromones to really buffer it out. If you can get half spray do it, and don't combine it with AMMO .

Now these are general statements that generally work for the general public. You might be differen't, I'm not sure, you can (and should) try it out and see what happens.

Yeh if I'm honest I'm surprised and a tiny bit disappointed they upgraded me to 5.0mcg strength TUTH . Are TUTH and AMMO pretty much 100% -none and that's where you get 12.5mcg -none from as I have 2 sprays 5.0mcg TUTH and 1 spray 2.5mcg AMMO . Surely if I had half a spray TUTH and 1 spray AMMO that would be okay as that's 5mcg -none and I also have the instant shine and openness to buffer it a little? I know 5.0mcg is the max -none I should have but as I'll only really use TUTH in a club environment that should be okay right? Also I've heard -none lasts longer than nols and nols break down into -nones eventally so I'll want o reapply the nols often? Any idea how long the effects of -nones and nols usually last? Thanks for the help.
