Hi my name is Josh, I am 18 and a senior in highschool. I guess i have never really had that much luck or experience with girls. I'm in band and I play the alto sax. When it comes to girls i guess i can say I am pretty shy. When i do have the chance to talk to girls i either dont know what so say or I answer in 1 word responses. I really would just love to have a deep conversation with a girl and not run out of things to say. I believe my biggest problem is not taking the initiative to start up conversations with them.
All of my friends have had a lot of experience with girls and they constantly have a girlfriend. I suppose i also need a few tips on talking to girls also, because i realize pheromones can only do so much. I don't want to say i have given up hope but...it is getting a bit depressing. For deeper, more meaningful conversations people around here tend to go for Instant Honesty . The beta- androstenol is supposed to produce that effect. For lighter, smalltalk type communication, there is Instant Openness . I find that Instant Shine makes me feel really pulled together and more confident, so that could help, too.

I don't have any advice as far as talking to the girls. I need help in that arena, myself (talking to anyone, actually)!

You got some good advice on the IH and IO above. They really do make conversations flow more naturally.

Might I suggest you also try IG . You can wear it with the above if you wish. IG will add a mature, masculine vibration that many women find attractive.

When you speaking to ladies remember to accentuate your youth and enthusiasm. When see a woman you want to talk to, do so quickly. Josh you don’t want to start over thinking the approach, and get nervous. The three products I’ am recommend will serve your suppose. However, it’s 90% about you and 10% about the products.

It's good that u found this site and this pheromone community.Using those products will not get the babes hitting on you in one second but will help you alot with interacting with girls and finding someone special.I think that u already understand that.That being said I think that u need pheromones witch will help you in 2 main directions.

First direction is socialising with the babes.U need to talk more, to be more cheerfull and in good mood.So I think that u should use Instant shine as feel good pheromone witch will put you and those around you "in the mood".As it comes to talking and having deeper conversations I will propose u try Come Talk To Me Mix 2.It's marvelous product when comes to talking.With this I've started long conversations with total strangers just out of the nothing.The self effects if you apply the product under your chin are also great - u just feel talking and talking, and talking.So even if u're a guy who usually does not talk alot - this will get u and those aorund u talking for sure.U can read my Come Talk To Me Mix 2 experience in the link in my signature.

Second direction is attraction.Here I can recommend Instant Gentleman.This product is just awesome.It gives you some laid back cool alpha guy vibe and all the women young and mature tend to melt with smile on their faces.When using it u look more fitter, cheerfull and like strong male with alot of style.So this can help you with girls too.
A314 can be used in small ammounts for attractin but I find that it's more for bussiness.But if u combo it with Instant Gentleman u can have some good vibes witch can be used for atracting girls.Key point here is little A314 and more Instant Gentleman.

U can use some androstenone product as ammo or Turn Up The Heat too but this is too agressive pheromone and young guys like you and me produce it alot and when putting on an androstenone product this can lead to anone overdose witch will surelly scare all the girls away and make all the guys hostile.So even androstenone is powerful sexual attractant I think that u're too young to put additional anone on yourself.If u decide u need it though - ammo is the better choice.But please - try to avoid putting too much.U see with pheromones from some dosage ( the so called sweet spot ) the more u put the worse it gets.So u have to find your sweet spot and try not to exeed this dosage 'cause u will overdose.This is verry nasty thing to do.So my advice with all products - start with only 1 spray and when you see the results slightly up the dosage.But as general advice - try not to put more than 5 sprays of a product ( this is general advice - some products can be used in higher dosages - some not.Be aware that androstenone products should not be used in too high dosages ).

So my advice for you is:
1. For good mood - Instan shine
2. For more talking and deeper conversations- Come Talk To Me Mix 2
3. For attraction - Instant Gentleman and maybe in combo with some A314
4. For sexual attraction ( this is additional 'cause the products above will get u attraction ) - ammo ( use it in low dosages only ! )
