My name is Dave and I'm 18. The reason why I joined Pheromone talk was because I was curious to see how people use and rely on pheromones in their everyday life, and how they could help me.

Already with this account I've learned pheromones is not just for sex. It is used to boost confidence socially as well as in the workplace. I am very curious though to learn more about how pheromones work, and how they can help me.

For example, how far away can a person be while influenced by pheromones? Do I need to be close while wearing them? Or do I just need to be smelled? And if that's the case, how do people know it's me that smells like "such and such?"

I don't think I need pheromones. And honestly I'm doubting whether they really work or not. However, if they grant the placebo effect, then I'm more than willing to try them. So how about it people of the world wide interweb, do they really work?

I and many others here will tell you that they work. Would Androtics Direct give out $25 GC if their product didn't work? Probably not but if they don't, you don't lose any of your own money.

Different pheromones (sprays vs. oils), different environments/weather, and different application spots have different diffusion rates. The range is usually around 3-10 feet depending on those factors. People can subconsciously tell where the pheromone signature is coming from, especially once they are closer.

Hey Dave,

Great back research on the pheromones. Pheromones do work, there are plenty of anecdotal evidence here from members new and old alike. There can be exaggerated placebo effects from the pheromones? Yes. However the consistency after using these products have time and time again proven that they worked. The biggest problem that people have here when providing proof that pheromones work is the validation. For that I would try out Instant Jerk, that can probably best show you that they work, whether they are positive or negative reactions, it will show you how far reaching pheromone can influence human reaction. Think of it like clothes that you put on, hairstyles, jewelry; they only accentuate the person's natural personality, they don't replace it, that's what pheromones are. Pheromone effective exposure rangers vary if you're in an enclosed space, or whether you're outside. The more enclosed it is, the farther pheromones could work, the more open, the closer you have to be. Usually because of the close proximity you have to get to a person they would instinctively know that pheromone signature came from you.

Give yourself more of an introduction and get the GC . For you I would recommend Instant Jerk, and AMMO . Just to show you the effects pheromones can have. Think of it as the "proof".

How far will the mones work depending on a few factors, like wind direction, open or close area, weather and so on. Personally pheromones can work within 5 metres away.

looks like you got some great replies thus far, although we really need some more information from you in order for you to qualify for the gift certificate . you can click here to read everything that is required.. gift certificate ..

The smell of the mones or cover scent is not what triggers the responses. the responses are from the molecules and it happens subconsciously. You know like when you get that feeling that you just cant stand that person when you first meet them? or the opposite where you just meet someone and you really connect and feel like youve known them for years? Thats how mones work and they can only enhance what is already there. The hits can be subtle at times so its important that you know what to look for like women flipping their hair, they eyes dilating, positioning themselves towards you, leaning into you as you talk, touching, etc.

Hope this gives you a little insight ! and once you get the gift certificate you really have nothing to lose since you may have to pay a few dollars shipping and with their excellent customer service you will have them before you can check the tracking number lol. im sure you will be back for more and purchase the larger bottles. So I hope this is enough for an introduction!

I'm male, 18, and from the Washington DC area. I currently work at the National Cancer Institute, and my boss mentioned earlier last week that certain human pheromones could be used to help isolate proteins. I'm a curious cat, and usually in my free time I like to look up and learn about the many, many compounds I pipette daily. The wikipedia article about pheromones though got me really interested though, and that's when I stumbled upon this website via google.

Last year my summer science project, which has now evolved into a hobby, was making a liquid plant food that could optimize the growth of my garden. If you have any interest in this recipe, I'll let you know that yeast extract and salt do wonders for the development of potting soil! I think pheromones and the effects it has on people not only will keep me busy right before I head off to college, but might even be useful!

And just in case this wasn't enough information about myself, I'm just a guy who runs every day, sings in the shower and reading the newspaper. The only real problem I have socially is that I'm too meek at times. Maybe pheromones could help?

Thanks! This online community is way too friendly. And I've already taken advantage of the GC , and got myself TUTH , IS, IJ , Ammo and the putative P79 . They seemed like the most interesting, and I already have received my Ammo (with a free gift of IH , thank you to whoever wrote the note!) and plan on putting it to use tonight.

I'll start keeping a journal for hits and behavioral changes as a way to probe how the mones work, and eventually work on finding my "sweet spot." This should be fun, I like getting to know myself better and this obscure science at the same time.

I read the threads talking about how to test oneself to gauge the right amount of mones , but I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to spray the bottle right. Do I spray it on a tissue and wipe? Or into my hands and rub? Or can I just directly apply 6 inches away from the desired area? I think I'll be spending the next week or so playing with bug spray to master 1/2 sprays too, this is going to be such a learning experience!

Since I'm 18, supposedly more than one spray will be an OD for girls my age, right? Could I dilute the spray (with alcohol perhaps), or for future references just rely on buffers?

What I'm doing tonight: (two sprays of Ammo )

Hypothesis: OD for my age group, success with those older than me. I don't think I'll be ignored when OD 'ing, but I'm predicting a harder social game... Also, I'm predicting myself to become more aggressive.
