Hello to everyone reading this, my name is Van (well favorite nickname I got from my best friend), or you can just refer to me by screen name E-Hero_man. I'm a male and 19 years old, will be turning 20 though come April, and I'm from Wisconsin!

I am an extremely shy guy and have been throughout middle school and high school. I've never been good at just starting conversations with people or creating attraction with girls. I just recently came to know about pheromones last year and beame a member of this site. Well I went for a long period of time without a computer and have just recently found this site again. I'm hoping that pheromones will help me overcome my shyness of women and give me the boost I need to take charge of my social life. I've tackled my weight going from 247 to 204 lbs. (still got 44 lbs. more to go lol), and am ready to take on this part of my life. I'm glade to be a part of this site.

p.s. Last Sunday I actually ordered some Instant Openness (seemed like to best choice for me being a new and all) and will be recieving it Wednesday tomorrow, can't wait to post my results!

How many sprays should I use for my first time? Also where should I apply them? Thanks for your help!

Hey there Van,

With any new phero purchase the best answer to how many sprays is start of with one and see how it works for you then increase to two and so on so forth to find your sweet spot... For people who are shy I would also recommend looking into getting either Instant jerk (don't be thrown by the name... its one of my favorites gives me a boost of confidence but for someone who is younger using a very small amount would probably be best), Instant shine, gits a mood up lifter and a lot of fun, A314 this is like respect and power in a bottle when I use it it increases the feeling in me that I can take on anything kind of like james bond, or Instant gentleman which is like A314 but more subtle and laid back... Happy testing can't wait to read your results!

Welcome! Good work with your weight loss sounds like you're on the right path. Do you have anxiety or are just shy? I had anxiety for such a long time (heart racing in certain situations, nervousness that just wasn't normal, a variety of other things) that I didn't even realize my shyness was a combination of shyness as a personality trait and anxiety.

i find IO can be helpful, but more than 2 sprays tends to make me anxious. Find out your sweetspot first. And I like adding 3-4 IH to 2 IO to kind of balance out a chatty conversation with some seriousness.

I also recommend for shyness some Instant Shine, it will make you somewhat more outgoing and feel happier. More people will smile at you and be happy to be around you while reducing physical distance with you.

I'd snag to gos of IO , IH , and IS. Instant genetleman to go also might be a good idea, it can make you feel more confident especially around 2-3 sprays, and is a good addition to some socials. Good luck!

Thanks for your advice! I definately want to get my hands on some A314 , when it comes back in stock

. Guess I'll go with your second choice of some Instant Gentleman , I like the way you outlined how it works and everything.

Cool thanks for the tips, ahhh if only I could get my hands on some A314 , though it's good to see your not the only person who has recommended Instant Gentleman , now that's something I'll definately want to get my hands on, and Instant Jerk, thanks a bunch

I guess you could say I have a mixture of both. Last Friday was the first time I actually went to a party, and on my way there my heart was racing non-stop. And when I'm in groups of people I'm often too shy to even say a word outloud. Thanks for the mixing advice, something I'll definately try out!
