Hello everyone, i've heard a lot about this sort of stuff for a while and haven't really done much research on it until recently. im currently 22 yrs old, with a good physique (above average) and to be honest im not really that good with people in general. I was wondering if there's a pheromone out that that'll help me relax and get comfortable talking casually with people, sometimes (a lot of times) I get akward because I blank out and worry about what to say next, but I have had my moments in which I was comfortable with people and have been able to talk casually for extended periods of time.

For the most part I would say im pretty laid back and im not in it to score points with girls or anything, its more for my networking capabilities. I've heard of this sort of stuff and I'm looking to try it out,

any suggestions for conversation starters/carriers?

Shine will make you in lighter mood. It can also boost your confident socially.
IO is an ice breaker. It can open up people and make them want to talk to you. You will enjoy more talks with people.
IH will make the conversation longer lasting. It can make people talk deeper and more personal with you.

I agree with Jamesbonded that the social pheromones may be of interest to you. But at the same time you may also want to try the different confidence and respect pheromones of A341 and or the less potent Instant Gentleman. A341 in my opinion has some of the most obvious effects found on this site. While boosting your own confidence it also increases your perceived social value from other people. People will will see you as a VIP and some will want to help you. Instant gentleman is more of a laid back version. I've had times when using Instant Gentleman that a group of people will form around me and want to talk with me or strangers coming to talk with me or helping me out in some way. Either of them can be fun to use. I would definitely get some of the socials and perhaps Instant Gentleman in a to-go version and see which ones work best with you!

I'm from Toronto too. Small world.

Like all the others I would recommend Instant Shine.
I would also recommend you just go out and condition yourself to be social. Realize that it's no big deal talking to people. I'm not the most social person either but I have come a long way in the last six months in terms of overcoming shyness and being more open to the world.
It doesn't have to be a bold move like being the life of the party. Start small. Say hello or good morning to two people a day. Then raise the number as time goes by. If you get into a conversation, that's great. But if you run out of things to say, just tell them to have a nice day and move on. No pressure.
