Hey guys!
First all let me thank you for such a great website! Took a while to find it but the best out there for phero information!
My name is Michael I'm a 21 y/o college student, work full time at a grocery store in produce department while trying to manage school
Location, meh just a dot on a map. No bars or clubs here it was big news when walmart opened up...ha not really but its best way to describe where I live
I've always been the typical shy guy. afraid of rejection, more terrified. I find it easier to just be friends with girls then to try anything more then that I guess I have no self confidence when it comes to talking to women. My expectations for pheros were low until I ran into this website all these people and all this information something has to be working around here somewhere
I'm a active person I typically day for me i wake up run, work, school, gym, sleep. somewhere in there I manage to fit social time.
I'm writing this and stuff is just popping into my head I know it's not in any type of order but its just a hello world thread :]

I forgot which sticky thread I read this in but this exceeds everything I thought pheros could do and sounds amazing now if only it works?

Sorry to read about your problem with Pherlure. A lot of people have tried Pherlure and not had much luck with it. Hope you can cancel your subscription.

For shy guys your age I recommend the following three products as a general rule:

Ammo - a none based product but balanced enough that it sends out a polite i am interested message. It can be worn anywhere a cologne scent is good.

IO - it will help you with those initial conversations. You may well still need to initiate them but the alpha-nols will get their tongues rolling.

Instant Shine - it helps people around you feel happy to be near you and often helps with conversations as a side-effect.

The one thing I will tell is to not underestimate the power of the social products like IO and Instant Shine.

Bosshank knows his stuff, and his recommendations are always top notch. Another product to think about, maybe after you've tried the ones Bosshand mentioned, is Instant Honesty . It helps with depth of conversation. Some shy people find it easier to really open up to others with this product.

You already had great recommendations! I can imagine it's hard meeting girls when there not many bars or clubs around. It must be a lot harder to chat someone up in a grocery store!

Now if it only works.... Well, I was a sceptical as you are, but I must say, I was surprised by the results! Make sure you read some journals, they will help you knowing what to look for, and just have a lot of fun!!

Maybe, maybe not. Think strategically. You may not use it every day but if you know when or who you are going to come into contact with, then plan ahead.

Who knows, you might impress the right people ... profesionally or personally.

I can't buy this till next week (4th)

from what I've read its best just to start with one at a time find how much of that works and move on to the next then combine it?
so for example if I buy ammo the first week and use it first day 1 spray write results down, 2nd day use 2, 3rd 3 and so on and say 3 sprays worked the best then the next week I would buy Instant Openness and the same thing and if thats all I was using I would combine the best results of both sprays?
