Hey you guys,

I'm 21 this year, an asian male living in Malaysia. I discovered this forum during my research i got very amused with the idea of a pheromone perfume that people are selling when i was browsing in ebay.

The pheromone idea to me is not quite new, as i remember a show from Boston Legal where this one social inept lawyer was sued for using a synthetic pheromone to increase 'trust' with this girl he liked. Also, there was of course, Ocean Thirteen.

But besides that, i remembered also from books about body language and biology that female secretes pheromone that makes men crazy. This is why girls sometimes reveals their armpits or show their neck to you :P And they blame you that it was YOUR hormone that made u horny...haha..

In fact, this all happens to be a coincidence to me. Because lately, i was also wondering about testosterone and growth hormone because i think I'm building up. If you know my country Malaysia, then you know that it's one of the few region in this world that produces a plant call tongkat ali, which stimulate testosterone hormone. I tried the pill, and i really felt the effect. It gave me a very calm and friendly mood, i can immediately observe the positive changes between me and my friends. I was suddenly in the mood to engage and be the funny/cool guy i used to be again (bragging :P). Also, i felt that my thoughts are finally 'clear and lucid' as opposed to that 'dizzy sleepy spell' i always used to have. After some reading, turns out drinking heavy alcohol and eating lots of protein lowers testosterone, and thats why i was in such a pissy mood lately. My point is that these things actually affect people significantly.

Honest though, i am very intrigue with this idea. So quite frankly, i really wanna try this $25 coupon because its gonna be fun. My interest in this pheromone thing is purely the experimental, and the fun of discovery associated with it.

So far, i've been observing how body language, personality, "pickup skillz", social theory affect people relationship dynamics, but this pheromone thing might be a big factor as well. Probably why i'm so horny after bitchy girls in my college.

I'm also quite aloof and analytical in nature, so i'd appear as that "alpha" male that would intimidate people. I dont know if its my natural pheromone or my chilly disposition. So thats why i'd like to try some of those Instant Opener, Instant Honesty etc pheromones and see how it goes. Heck, i want to try all of them.

Just think of how many reports i could write in this forum if i ever have those pheromone perfumes with me. haha, oh yeah, i need to buy some colognes, so thats one of the primary reason i'm interested in buying these stuff.

Hey Dedude, welcome!

I also did alot of research on pheromones before joining this place. I know exactly what you mean with women and there signature smells. But maybe what their tying to tell you is to show your own strength and not act out on your horniness. Even though we know its them causing it.

I take from your intro that your an outgoing guy, not afraid to approach women or try out of the box things but I'm not sure if your successful at it. I also see your going to be using these at school with younger women. I think you may want to try Instant Gentleman , to build the respect from other people. Also as you mention Instant openness is fun to get people talking, Instant Honesty is good for deeper trusting conversations.

Hey Bond,

First of all, tnx for making me feel welcome here. I'd really love to have ur opinion on which pheromone. There's just so many to try, too bad u can't get them like from some regular drugstore or something.

My MBTI personality is ISTP. In other words, i perceive myself naturally as introverted, more analytical, observant and more practical less conceptual.

I'm a college student studying business. And the environment I'm in is mostly classroom setting, college, part time jobs, interviews, working in group assignments and social life outside(parties, church, dating etc).

My strength are that i'm hardworking, commited, wellread and have a sense of humor, which is key for me to connect with other people. However, that is always still not enough. I find myself having trouble connecting with people, because i am secretive and aloof. I'm not good at being open, and i don't want to try hard because that would not be real, and i'm real bad at lying, so i'll just look like a sycophantic phony.

I do find myself more approachable when i'm in a great mood. Then i can work it

Also, i'm still having trouble with working in teams, even after so many experiences. I'm usually the most confident (or arrogant, cocky?) and is always team leader. I really get the job done. And my standard for quality is high, and therefore i expected a lot from my team. However, i am abrasive and i don't have people skills, and i can't break that barrier between them. In other words, i dont have their trust. The mistake i do is, when i stop being authoritative and start being nice to them, they'll take advantage of that and if that teammate is a spoil brat testing me, he/she will win :P

Sometimes, i see other less competent fellow and he is so casual and relaxed, and he's an idiot. But when he speaks, the teammate takes it into consideration, like they respect his opinions. They like him, and trust him...and they joke and are friendly with him.

I need that charisma. You know the saying 'you'll like him once u get to know him'...thats how i can connect with people, by having deep conversations and intense connection. But when it comes to small talk, i'm considered cool and disinterested. The most i can be is that amiable, smiling respectful guy when meeting new people, especially in groups setting. I need to be perceived as approachable and if possible, have the other party start first...because while i know results are better if i approach first, i don't want people to think i'm a socialite, and thus will expect me to do that all the time next time they see me. Its tiring socializing all the time to be honest. :P I'm nice to people, i just want them to know i'm not a threat to them, and at the end of the day, they say: "hey, he's okay, he's cool and i like him. Hope i get to know him better next time."

I love MBTI, I finished university a few years ago. I'm an ENTP

The P series are putatives, some are the ingredients to the consumer products while others are completely experimental. They are put out to testers for Androtics to get feedback. The MX series is the next step were the P's are put into experimental mixes, potential consumer products. Not everyone gets the same results from these products, it can depend on alot of factors like body chemistry, climate, etc. Its usually recommended to new users to get the feel for the consumer products first before playing with the advanced stuff.

Yes, using pheromone perfumes is definitely enough reason so sue someone, especially in the US. It can be manipulative, as you are putting on some chemical substance that will affect someone's state by intoxication without consent etc. Kinda like giving them roofies.. the only difference is....

Some companies do practice such 'unethical' conduct though. Airlines, i hear somewhere, put pheromone substances in their aircon, making passenger feel happy and relaxed. Don't know if its true, sound expensive to me.

In any case, pheromones are dangerous, as can be seen from US last presidential election, where Hilary Clinton did not win but Obama did. I'm curious tho. Has there ever been a case against pheromones? I'd think that the people would get away with it because most people thing pheromones don't work or even exist.

Gotta make a point put on a314 and no more instant honesty when replying you.

Its hard to know when someone is using pheromones on you, you can only catch the perpetrator if he confesses, or you caught him with the bottle.

Pheromones after all, leaves no evidence on you unlike drugs. Even with CSI techniques, the evidence won't seem substantial to make any conclusive statement. But of course, the motive must be there. If you are woman, he is man, or vice versa, and he is trying to do something you might otherwise resist, then there is motive.

Other than that, being caught the bottle wont get you in trouble. I wear IS to make me happy. I wear A314 to make me confidence. whatever.

Having said that, i do believe pheromones perfumes raises big ethical questions. The consolation is there's no such potent perfume like "spanish fly" used in Ocean thirteen on the market yet. That'll raise issues, eyebrows and skirts for sure.

Also, Osama probably experimented with spaceland as well.
