Hello. I was researching pheromones, and stumbled upon this site, looks good btw.

I'm a 28yr old male from Michigan. I was always a ladies man. Getting girls was definaltly not a problem in the least. Used to have to turn some down in order to keep up with the ones I had. That was always a problem that I didn't mind having.

Well, I've been out of the game for awhile, and my confidence level isn't what it used to be. I know I have what it takes, I just need something to help "get back on track" so to speak, and revive that confidence that I once had with the ladies. Hey Chuey,

Try Instant Shine, that will put you in a more positive frame of mind. It works pretty well for me, and it will also make you more attractive to women, since they will feel good around you. Instant Gentleman is something that, for me, quiets my doubting voices a bit, and makes you seem like a warm, mature guy, which can be attractive to women. It's obvious you already know the moves you just need to get out there a bit, I'd try those two.

You might even try Instant Jerk. It's highly polarising, but it will definitely give you some balls and break your rut! Once you get your confidence with women back you'll be fine.

Start with the socials ... such as Instant Shine (2x concentration) and Instant Openness (2x)... then add Instant Gentleman . Instant Shine puts you in a great socializing mood and Instant Openness gets those around you talking. Instant Gentleman ( A314 little brother) will give you a cool together vibe. Well to answer some of the questions.

I am not looking for long term, just casual hookups, although I'm not a one night stand never call again type of guy, I just don't want a relationship. I guess you could say booty calls.lol

As far as being introverted or extroverted, well it tends to vary. There are times when I go out looking, and I can be sucessful, as these are usually the times when I have that "feeling" like i used to have all the time. I never really had to try anything, it would just happen. I guess it's just in the way that I present myself, and women can pick up on it.

Most of the time however, I get this voice for lack of a better explaination that tells me it's a waste of time, she won't be into you, and I tend to not try, rather than try and have it not work out. I think it's just the mindset that throws everything off.

I don't really go to any specific places to meet women. I may be out at a bar or party wth friends, or just out and about.
