Hi guys and gals, I had a quick run through the forum and it seems like a great community. I have been an admin on a forum before and know how a vibrant, exciting, open, tolerant group looks - and this is the one. I have come across the pheromone theme some time ago, and this forum a couple of days ago. The topic interests me more from a "what a wonderful world" - I am truly fascinated with the nature, how things work, and why they are the way they are. Some time ago I read the book "the emperor of scent", a rivetting story about how humans distinguish different scents. I am 41 and currently spend most of my time on the edge of the "ring of fire" - in New Zealand. It is very hard to ask a question in a forum that seems to have all questions answered - I could, perhaps, seek comments on my intent to experiment - although I am mature and totally confident in anything I do, I feel IJ would be an interesting one to start with. From reading the posts and other people's comments, I get the impression that pheromones possibly have more dominant effect on the person wearing it, rather than people around him/her (but I could be totally wrong here). However, I think that only after trying few products I could provide more credible feedback. At the moment, I am excited about the possibility of having a taste of being someone I've never been - that is to kick puppies and feel good about it

I hate yet to try IJ myself but I plan to get some in my next order as I've heard a lot of good things. It has confidence boosting self-effects and plenty of none.

That would be as good a place to start as any. I would also suggest something like IS or IO / CTTM2 as well to complement it.

I do have natural bright personality and am as open as it gets, I guess. I actually flourish in unfamiliar environments full of unknown people. Somehow I feel on subconscious level that I am beeing too "smooth" and that some roughness to my personality could benefit my social life.

This is a great forum and I've learned a lot from it. It's even better once you start using the products and are able to jump into the discussions and give input.

I’ve also read small excerpts from "the emperor of scent" and it does seem like a very interesting read.

You say that you're interested in "how things work". You should take a look at some of Mharris's posts.

Instant Jerk is definitely a product that makes me not care about what anyone else thinks. I’ve worn it a lot and gotten good results out of it (you can check out my results in my journal)
Another product you might like is Turn Up the heat. It works. It makes the ladies get “hot”. And I have seen some great reactions with this one.
