Pheromones are hormone-like scents that your body produces.

We can also create copies of many of your pheromones in the lab for you to supplement with or even change your pheromone "signature".

What most people do not know is that pheromones are not exclusively for attraction. While they are useful for dating and mating, their function actually extends into all areas of daily life.

Some pheromones communicate traits about you, while others help to create actual feelings and emotions. Some pheromones do both.

For example, the pheromone androstenone (used in Turn Up The Heat) will often indicate that you're a large, fit man. It's often sexually suggestive, especially to women who are ovulating.

The pheromone alpha androstenol (used in Instant Openness) may both communicate that you are friendly, and will tend to generate elated, almost giddy feelings in those around you.

Think of pheromone molecules as colors with which to paint a picture. The more pheromonal colors available, the more rich and vibrant the resulting picture will be.

Androste<b>Androstenol</b>, Sometimes refered to as "Androstenol", "-Androstenol".

"Alpha Androstenol" refers to "<b>A</b>lpha" androstenol, while "Beta Androstenol" refers to "<b>B</b>eta" androstenol.

Alpha androstenol makes most people exposed very chatty, expressive, and even giddy, similar to a glass or two of champagne.

However, like alchohol, not everyone will become more talkative. A few people become less chatty when they drink, and the same thing happens with androstenol, as well.

While some believe androstenol to be a sexual pheromone, we think it's only part of the equation.

Upon initial exposure, many people will feel elated and somewhat "blank" around the person wearing androstenol. We theorize that since is similar to what people tend to experience around someone they're attracted to, that the brain can confuse this "blanking" reaction to androstenol with "attraction".

i.e., androstenol may be "attractive" in a roundabout way. Both body chemistry and psychology are complex.

Mostly we see androstenol as a feel good, communicative pheromone. It's featured in several of the products from Androtics Research, including "Instant Openness" and in a high dosage, fun experimental product called "Spaceland" (which intended to capitalize on the "blanking", spacey effect of high dosage alpha androstenol).
