Hello from New England. My name is Joe. I was drawn here by curiosity and, though I'm a bit skeptical, am interested to learn how and if all of this stuff actually works.

My situation is this: I'm now almost 40. I'm overweight, and not terribly attractive (though not actively hideous), but have always had an easy time making friends. Those friends would say that I'm very charismatic, trustworthy, easy to talk to, etc. Many people that I meet, women especially, grow to like and trust me very quickly. It makes me fairly popular, well-liked, and makes my social life very active. People really like me and seek me out to spend large quantities of time with me. The only part of this that's lacking is that it never goes beyond the platonic level.

From what I've said, you may think it's because of my weight or level of attractiveness, and truth be told, that's really been my conclusion over the years too. Still, I see other men who are overweight who do quite well for themselves, romantically speaking. I just get lots of women who see me as a big brother or close friend, or confidant.

As I've seen this happening over the years, I've always wondered what that factor is that makes the difference between me and the other men I've talked about. It isn't that I'm socially awkward or don't know how to approach women. It isn't that I'm nervous or desperate. It certainly isn't that women don't feel comfortable with me. So what could it be? I'm hoping that maybe pheromones might be that factor.

Any thoughts on what I should try and how I should test it?

Also, I notice that most of the stuff is embedded in colognes or perfumes? Is there anything unscented that I could just add to my own cologne?

Any answers or advice would certainly be welcome.

hey joe, welcome to the forums.

if you've had an easy time making friends, you can't be all that bad man. seriously. from the rest of that paragraph it sounds as if confidence is the only problem.

there are plenty of products here that are, or can be , unscented.

try Ammo though, it is scented but it is a good one.

you've already got the charisma and social graces apparently, so maybe even Turn Up The Heat to get some of those women moving in the right direction.

Welcome to the forum.

It is normal to be skeptical. You can try the togo bottles to see the effevcts before buying the normal size bottles.

Personally it is not the weight that matter in attracting women. Try AMmo to help you in attraction. It makes women attracted to you. It is well buffered with other pheros and you can use it at many occassions.

Try Turn Up The Heat too. It can bring relationship to next level. I can sexually attract women. Hopr it can bring you out from the relationship to another level.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to take a look at both of the products you mentioned. Ammunition sounds like a great start, but I really dislike most commercial scents. After reading a bit more, I'm also thinking that turn up the heat may be just what I need. From all I can gather from what I've read here, it may be the problem that I produce way to much of some and way too little of other pheromones naturally.

Truthfully, I'm still a bit dazzled by the new information and, I confess, hesitant to spend a relatively large sum on something that I've not seen proven to be actually effective.

I don't think it's confidence that's my problem. I'm one of the most self-assured people I know. It's what's made me successful in the various things I've pursued. Also, to be frank, rejection holds no fear for me. I suppose I'm lucky in that. I really do wish it were as easy a problem to solve as confidence.

if you really have a problem with scents, look in the store for a bottle of straight up -none and buy yourself a bottle to mix your favorite cologne with it.

only problem with that is, women are better able to smell -none than we are so we don't really end up being very good judges about our doses.

I'm not sure I'm well enough versed in this stuff to know how much scent to mix with the pheromone solution. Also, I'm still not entirely clear on what else I might need to add. From what I was reading here, I thought that -none by itself was pretty harsh and it really needed complimentary ingredients to make it work and prevent negative effects. Anyway, for those reason I'd really prefer to have a mixture made by an expert to start.

For testing the masking effects, I'm sure I can find a woman to help me out.

I'm considering using the "custom additions" option to remove the scent from whatever I order, though I'm not certain it's offered on the small bottles.

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk

Your new to this and skeptical so I strongly suggest you get to-go products in their original form and if you find you like them then learn to mix. You cant add the unscented mixes to cologne, you will dilute them and need to use alot of it. You can spray the pheromone product on, let it dry down and then cover with your own cologne though.

Keep in mind that unscented does not mean "no scent" it means no cover scent. pheromones on their own stink.

Also keep in mind that custom products do not fall under the guarantee.

I suggest Double AMMO which comes in a really nice cologne, Sort of smells like Hugo Boss.

Turn Up The Heat for when your in social situations like clubs, bars, parties. It comes on strong so dont use it at work.
