I think that the Ammunition alone is worth a test first. If you find the androstenone content too much and notice distance or avoidance use a little less and pair it up with the more feel good pheromnes you already have now like instant openness .

I still recommend instant shine & instant honesty. Both will pair well with Ammunition .

It has nothing to do with you being able to hold your own. Your age is a factor because of the natural pheromones you make during different stages in life.
