hi everyone im a 30yr male that has been referred to this site by kosom knight. and i need help getting over my shyness when it comes to ppl women in general, as indicated on my profile i work security for a cansino and play football as a hobby. im where because i want to better myself with hard work and i heard the products hear can help break the ice.

Hi there Viper75. Well, shyness is the kind of thing that needs to be addressed on a number of different fronts, and pheromones won't do it all for you. There should be a sticky thread or something IMHO on the cognitive-behavioural things that one can do to get over shyness, that don't involve pheromones. Because you will need to put in a bit of work yourself too as well.

But on the pheromonal front, you might try Instant Shine for the effects of confidence and "upbeat-ness" it has on both the wearer and those around him or her (it is a unisex product)... and Instant Openness which can get conversation flowing, but you still have to open conversation really with it. Some say that Come Talk To Me Mix 2 (come talk to me mix 2) will get more people initiating conversation with you, then again even if this does work as stated, this might become a pheromonal "crutch" that will inhibit development of proper shyness-busting skills, I dunno.

But pheromones will certainly make matters a lot easier once you get into the habit of being open and more forward in introducing yourself. And they will definitely be good when you see results and consequently get more confidence, enabling you to open more easily the next time (the "feedback loop" effect).

OK, with women in particular, you might be looking for an attraction mix. The standard one mentioned on the forum is Ammo - it is like a cologne. OK, I am going to post some random links about dealing with shyness... I just googled "shyness NLP" and can't totally vouch for them... I should do a better job and harvest some quality links/quotes sometime, and have them to hand, cos this question comes up a lot on this forum...

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk

pheromones can help but they wont overcome it on there own. Ntk has given you some great links to check out. That in conjuction with pheromones will help a great deal. Participating in the forum also helps. It gets you in the habit of socializing, thinking about what you want to say and following through with it.
