How's it going everybody. I was searching the net for real world data about some of these "pheromones" that I've seen in some magazines and it lead me to this site. Good to see some reports on what works and doesn't work.

Thanks for the quick replies. I'm one of those guys who's the shy friendly type guy. I've know this one girl for more than a year now that I'm interested in. We do have a great time together but haven't gone beyond the friends level. I would like to use something that would give me that extra umph.

Instant Shine should lift both your moods and in my experience results in people coming into close proximity.
Most likely the instances of her touching you will increase especially since you've already established a comfort level.
The next step after drawing her in is a little more tricky. If you want to go the verbal route then Instant Honesty would be most effective. However if you want to attempt to steer her thoughts towards the sexual a small amount of Androstenone via Turn Up The Heat or Ammo might do the trick.
The amount will depend on age and you should be mindful of a potential OD.
Something less likely to happen with Ammo .

In all honesty though this task will depend on many factors, including your behavior, her feelings towards you, and whether a successful journey out of the dreaded friend zone can be achieved.
