I understand his concern as I am to stuck in the processing stage and come to find they claim my order has failed but yet my money was taken out of my account and i even recieved the invoice email stating that my orders where being processed. Idk what to do as i have tried calling them and em,ailing them and still havent heard anything from them, and my concern is that im moving into a new place and i dont want my order sent to my old apt. whats a guy to do? keep submitting tickets after ticket

when you check orders and tracking what does it say for you? mine says still in processing. who knows maybe my orders failed to and I don't know but how am I to know when you call them they don't pick up. I would love if communication was better. it's very frustrating

I feel your pain. I've been a customer since 2008 and they usually are super fast with shipping. 3 days to my house. My current order has been processing since Nov. 15. I did read they moved, but wondering if the availability shown for each product is up to date. Because if there's 8 of instant shine available, i got one so my order should be good.

Their customer service should be available but it's not. Either amp up the deliveries/packaging or amp up customer service (their phone doesn't work and they aren't replying to emails/chat). Disappointed in that.

But no, they aren't a scam and once you get your stuff it will be worth the wait.

Default Problems with orders

Didn't really what to post here but having a lot of problems getting thru to androntics.

I have left emails and called and left messages (sorry like the products the voicemail is kinda cheesy), but cannot get a reply.

Anyone else having issues or have another way to get in contact with them.

Order was place on Nov 10th and have heard nothing since then billing went thru though.

Yes that was me. Since October 18th. Full story right above. I was patient back then, but I'm done with the company unless they offer me incentive to stay. I asked for a refund on Thursday but they still have my money though of course.

I've had the same problem as you guys. I made my order on Oct 18 and it had been in processing ever since. It was just AMMO , nothing special. I found that I was pretty patient, but after 4 weeks of waiting, I was getting at the end of my rope. I got in contact with a rep who told me to basically just wait it out. I had seen the post about the move (one which wasn't prominent on the forums, and that we're not allowed to comment on), which is why I waited 4 weeks to start with.

After a bit of back and forth with the rep, I was just sick of waiting, and here we are 6 weeks later. The rep basically disappeared for 5 days last week without referring me to anyone or even telling me she was going on leave, so I said I'd want a refund if I hadn't heard anything by Dec 1.

Of course, the time came and I didn't hear anything so I wrote the rep a final e-mail about how ludicrous and insulting the whole situation is and that taking money right away without delivering or at least giving us adequate info is considered fraud. If you have to wait as long as I did, I suggest you call your credit card companies if you can't get a refund.

I told the rep that the company seems to be pretending that everything is fine and everyone's getting their product. I know some people are, and I don't know if we who aren't getting anything are being pushed down a priority list, but I know for a fact people have received their orders since Oct 18. I also conveyed to her that deleting threads like this one is only making the company look worse. It's more bearable for us if we know at least some of us are in the same boat, but they don't want us communicating about this publicly it seems.

I had ordered some supplements once from another online store. They forgot to ship it for 2 weeks (not even close to the 6 weeks I've been waiting here), and after realizing that, they offered me my order for FREE and gave me a gift certificate for a future order. That's how you handle this. Not take my money for 6 weeks, with our only out being a refund that just puts us back where we were at the beginning minus the interest we lose.

That being said, I asked for my refund from the rep in that e-mail, and will NOT be ordering from here anymore as there are other companies.

In response to all that, I received an email back from the rep saying she'd relay it to management, with a smiley face. This situation made me rethink everything I thought I knew about this company. I'm not even sure I'll get my refund, but if anyone doesn't get one or doesn't receive their package soon, you have the right to call it in as fraud, especially if your concerns aren't being taken seriously.

The only way I'd stay with this company is if management offers me an incentive to stay.

TLDR: Order has been 'processing' since Oct 18! They took the money, and keep deleting threads like this one. Rep was not helpful, disappeared for days. Management seems to be trying to keep everyone separated from discussing this and pretending that everything is fine. I asked for a refund 6 weeks after my order and didn't receive it yet.

Hello All,

Thank you for your concerns.

It has been incredibly tough keeping up with customer service issues through our various channels.

We went through a recent long distance move. More than half our staff unfortunately could not come with us. Along with this, the moving company destroyed most inventory of the spray products. Ammo was definitely amongst the dead. We had 508 different products/formulas to replace. It took weeks. We are still working through the backlog. We are creating and shipping at a steady (but very slow) pace.

Our products are created in controlled environments and they take the time they take ? there are no rush jobs here.

A small time prior to this, our lead concierge, who lives in the Caribbean, has been devastated and without power due to Hurricane Maria. We lost touch with her for many weeks and feared the worst. She was unable to answer phones or emails at the time. Thankfully we now have heard from her, but she is still without power, and we are without someone up front to help field calls and emails while we are in the back trying to keep up with reestablishing supply and keeping up with shipping and customer service chats/emails.

The very few remaining staff members are trying desperately hard to keep up with all the queries in all channels (chat, desk, email, phone, forum), while also producing product to spec.

Lastly, when we try to address negative issues publicly, we then become the target of DDoSes and other security threats. When ?competitors? sense a weakness (like this one), they go on the offensive: it has happened several times over the course of our operation and there have been several DDoS attempts during this move period.

This is why you may not see much of these threads publicly, and why this one will be shuttered shortly after we post it. I, like you, would much rather be publicly transparent, but in the environment we operate in, where 3rd parties mine every problem of ours for crooked advantages, we try to keep as many people as we can informed in private. This has been difficult these past few weeks with our very limited people resources.

If I?ve missed a refund request, I?m truly sorry. I can examine the issue as soon as I finish this post and convene with you in private.

I?m happy to mention that a considerable amount of packages are going to depart this week. We recently completed sizable lots of several of our products (I will post a post elsewhere with the list), and have been working nonstop, through holidays and weekends, to produce and ship.

We do thank everyone for their patience during this excessively trying time, and ask for just a tiny bit more as we get the last few lots of products produced for shipment. Many remaining shipments will contain surprises and goodies that we have always been known for. We are thankful for and are worth the wait. :-)

We are hoping to come out of this challenge much stronger than going in.

I hope this clarifies some of the concerns you have addressed

I do understand your need to vent your frustrations. Our lead customer service agent who both answers the phones and processes refunds has been recovering after a devastating hurricane. She is without power, but for now she is safe.

We just relocated hundreds of miles away and most of our team could not follow.

The remaining team has been working around the clock through the holidays and weekends to attend to the remaining orders and queries.

We?re truly sorry that we haven?t met expectations this time around, but we do expect to grow 10x from this challenge.

Sorry for the late reply. I just found out from my land lady that she need to do repairs to save her place so she gave me notice. I mean am at my moms , it's kind of cramped but now I need to look for a place when most houses have been damaged.

Like 75% of houses were damaged. We still don't have clean drinking water , we have running water to take a shower , wash etc but we have to spend a lot of money on bottled water to drink and cook.
Not a lot of food supplies but enough to get by.
Electricity polls are still down and so all clothes have to be washed by hand. No fridge. The business in town were provided with electricity this month so you can get meat supplies but you have to cook it immediately.

Those who can afford it bought a generator so they can have their fridge and washing machine operations all etc but I can't afford that

I still had to pay rent for myself and my mom so my savings is just slowly depleting until I get lights.

Most schools are open but some are being used for shelters and the kids are there while repairs are being done

We won't be back to some sort of more normal living until by next year and then we have to consider hurricane season is next year June. Hopefully we don't get hit again
